This webinar builds on our 2021 Rules of Origin webinar and aims to provide new guidance based on questions we get regularly from the seafood industry.
During this webinar we will:
- Look at preferential and non preferential rules of origin and how economic origin is established in seafood.
- demonstrate the importance of the correct interpretation of rules of origin and how it can impact tariffs when importing or exporting seafood
The information is relevant for seafood traders (importers, exporters and buyers) and seafood processors who process imported fish for export or who produce seafood for export to the EU.
