Gender Pay Gap report

We are proud to share our Gender Pay Gap (GPG) report 2023. Our GPG decreased from year end 2022, and our mean average remains below the UK National Average. Our gender split here at Seafish remains reasonably balanced, as does the percentage of males and females receiving bonuses.

As always, we are keen to work towards closing our GPG, and we recognise that there is always more that we can do. Our HR team alongside our amazing Seafish colleagues work together to identify opportunities for change and initiatives to better our processes and policies. We also continue to benchmark our practices and salaries to remain competitive.
